Production Assistant, creative brand (3465761)

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly Production Assistant to join the Product team at a creative and ambitious consumer brand!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting the production of high-quality, trend-driven products.

You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and team to ensure samples and products are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities for this Production Assistant role:

  • Organise and label production samples, keeping everything easy to locate and track
  • Archive end-of-season samples efficiently and systematically
  • Scan packaging barcodes for pre-production and full-scale production samples
  • Input product information into internal databases accurately
  • Complete relevant sections on product specification sheets
  • Photograph samples and upload images to shared drives or databases
  • Keep production trackers up to date with current sample information
  • Work with Sales Support to coordinate sample collections for Account Managers
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers to monitor and chase sample progress
  • Assist Production Coordinators on specific projects as required
  • Maintain a tidy and organised product room for easy access
  • Provide general support to the Production Team wherever needed

Skills and experience required:

  • Enjoys problem-solving and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, open office environment
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in a consumer product company is beneficial but not essential
  • Exposure to working with factories or product specifications is advantageous
