A life / work / love story

Founded in 2010, I Love My Job was inspired by a simple vision: to help people live happier lives by helping them find roles in the UK’s best companies. We believe that finding a job you love can positively transform your life.

In our London office, our passionate and talented team is dedicated to helping you get there. We’re not driven by money – far from it. We’re all focused on the same thing: finding as many people as possible jobs that they love.

Integrity, trust and honest relationships are at the heart of everything we do. It’s our reputation for doing things right that keeps us moving forward.

Purpose at ILMJ
Helping our health, beauty and wellbeing partners find the right people. Being the beauty expert and keeping up to date with all of the trends, upcoming brands and sector innovation. Making tea and teaching the team Cantonese – yum cha ma?

Loves
Kettlebells, running, spinning, circuits – I love it all. I love all things beauty, constantly trying new skincare and cosmetics. Escaping to my cottage by the beach. Painting. Being organised and always being early!

Advice
Listen to The Moths podcast. Get your gym kit on and just get it done. Buy a rice cooker.

Recruitment – health, beauty & wellbeing

Purpose at ILMJ
Finding people roles within the gift and home industry. Working with great companies to help them find the right people. Work Mother. Keeping internal documents and systems organised – I used to be a Merchandiser, can’t help it!

Loves
I am interiors-obsessed, and a serial house renovator. I love a bit of neon, eating tapas, dancing, and a nice spot of gin.

Purpose at ILMJ
Alongside recruitment I use my CIPD and deep understanding of ILMJ’s mission, purpose and future goals to ensure that all of our processes, procedures and policies are correct, aligned and understood. Training and development with the team. Working closely with Louisa on wider company projects.
