“I’ve always been lucky to find myself in roles that really suited me – jobs that matched my personality, fit my skills, and felt right for where I was in life. In my late twenties, I started noticing how many people around me felt the opposite – work was having a negative impact to their health, they were counting down to Fridays and facing Sunday night dread. When I learned that over half of people in the UK don’t even like their jobs (and only 17% actually love what they do), I knew I wanted to do something about it.
That’s why I created I Love My Job, with a simple goal: to help people find happiness at work. The name says it all. Work should be something to look forward to – not just Fridays. Now, more than ten years in, I’ve been able to help thousands of people find jobs that make a real difference in their lives, and I’m just as excited to help thousands more.”
