Responsibilities for this E-Commerce & Marketplace Assistant includes:

• To assist the day-to-day trading activities across multiple websites
• Writing basic product copy for online platforms
• Managing the SEO of listings (no experience needed)
• Online merchandising
• Inventory management for third party marketplaces
• Updating + maintaining online catalogues
• Managing customer service enquires efficiently and effectively
• Reporting on sales performance on a daily + weekly basis
• Keeping up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimise user journey
• Supporting the eCom team with any ad-hoc requirements

Skills and experience required for this E-Commerce & Marketplace Assistant:

• A keen interest in eCommerce and the digital work
• Basic copywriting and editing skills
• A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
