Sales Operations Coordinator, global brand!

A much-loved, global children’s brand is looking to fill the role of Sales Operations Coordinator within their busy sales logistics team to help with day-to-day duties. The role will focus on ensuring the system is kept up to date by entering orders, proformas and credit notes as this in turn helps maximise flow through the warehouses. You will become the go to person for key duties should there be need for cover. Full training will be provided with full support from the rest of the team.

Duties as Sales Operations Coordinator will include:

  • Answering external telephone calls
  • Inputting customer orders to be fulfilled from their UK or Asia warehouses
  • Confirming orders to be packed in both warehouses
  • Liaising with third party carriers to book collections
  • Raising credits and proformas
  • Raising new customer accounts
  • Raising returns for the warehouse to receive orders back into the system
  • Arranging collections where necessary
  • Ensuring daily post is manifested and taken to the post room
  • Receiving all deliveries in the office
  • Sorting office post
  • Booking in visitors to the office
  • Dealing with general warehouse queries
  • Booking in deliveries with customers
  • Covering tasks should team members be away

The successful Sales Operations Coordinator will have the following qualities:

  • Some administration experience desirable but not essential
  • Top class communication skills, both verbally and written, and at all levels
  • Numerate and highly accurate, with and a good attention to detail
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Flexible, hands on approach
  • A friendly demeanour and a team player!
