A fast-growing, design-led consumer goods brand is looking for a Senior Product Developer to lead product creation across a variety of categories. With a strong UK presence and international reach, they’ve become a trusted name for global retailers thanks to their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead development of strategic and seasonal product ranges.
- Create innovative, commercially strong products and packaging, working closely with design, buying and suppliers.
- Own key relationships with major UK retailers, acting as the creative and strategic partner.
- Drive sustainability, reducing plastic and introducing longer-lasting alternatives like textiles.
- Mentor and inspire junior team members, while upskilling peers across the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and account managers to support key launches and growth goals.
- Travel occasionally to suppliers and manufacturers in the EU and Far East to ensure the best quality and price points.
- Keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned to margin and critical path targets.
What you’ll bring:
- Around 5 years of product development experience within consumer goods – home, seasonal, stationery preferred.
- A strong sense of trends – both social and design – and the ability to translate them into commercially viable products.
- Line management or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Experience with FOB, own-label, and branded product development ideal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Super-organised, solutions-focused and confident working in a deadline-driven environment.
