We’re delighted to be working with a successful design-led brand known for its beautifully crafted products that feature in leading retailers across the globe. They’re now looking for a Key Account Support to join their dynamic head office team.

The team is vibrant, collaborative, and full of creative energy, and they’re looking for someone equally enthusiastic, highly organised, and proactive.

If you’re experienced in operations, sales support or account coordination role and are looking for your next step within a fun and growing brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support and work closely with the Key Account Managers to grow major retail and wholesale accounts
  • Take ownership of wholesale order processing and day-to-day retailer communication
  • Liaise directly with retail buyers and customers, managing queries, delivery updates, and product info
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a customer first mindset
  • Work collaboratively with logistics to ensure smooth delivery and stock accuracy
  • Maintain and update retail portals and CRM systems with precision
  • Produce detailed sales reports and analyse data to support growth strategies
  • Support the planning and execution of international trade shows and events
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations and customer service standards

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience in a sales support, customer service or account management role (experience with retail/wholesale clients a big plus)
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focused mindset
  • Commercially aware and keen to contribute to team growth and success
  • Strong systems skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools), and comfortable learning new platforms
  • Sociable with a good sense of humour!
