Key Account Support (REF 1299)

  • £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
  • Fully remote

We are looking for a self-motived, proactive, and service-led individual to join a thriving creative business to manage the day-to-day running of its’ wholesale orders. In this role you will be ensuring customers receive their products accurately and on time, whilst working directly with leading retailer accounts both here in the UK and internationally, building relationships and maximising organic growth.

This is a fully remote position so we are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and who enjoys working independently. If you have a can-do attitude and experience within a wholesale sales support or account management position, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the wholesale order book for the business, ensuring retailers receive their orders on time and to agreed dates, providing excellent service at all times
  • Liaise directly with retailers both here in the UK and internationally, providing product information, and assisting with any queries and stock requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client base, always approaching with a customer-first mindset
  • Day-to-day management of international marketplaces such as Faire.com, ensuring orders are dispatched swiftly and accurately   
  • Work closely with the MD to grow their retail presence, following up inbound enquiries swiftly and maximising organic growth
  • Work closely with their external fulfilment provider to ensure smooth delivery and stock accuracy
  • Maintain and update retailer portals and internal CRM systems with precision

Skills & experience required:

  • Experience in a sales support, account management or B2B customer service role
  • Background working in a wholesale environment / working with retail clients
  • Experience working with marketplaces such as Faire.com an advantage
  • A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with people, is good at building relationships, and has a service-led approach
  • Highly organised and deadline driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Good systems skills including Microsoft Excel, experience with Sage an advantage
  • A proactive, can-do approach, someone who works well independently and uses initiative
