A much-loved, British lifestyle brand, with a strong digital presence, is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join their ambitious and creative marketing team in this newly created role.
This brand is known for its playful, elevated aesthetic and for building a genuine connection with its community – both online and IRL. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering their social media and influencer strategy, bringing the brand to life through authentic storytelling, innovative campaigns, and engaging, on-brand content.
Working closely with the wider Brand and Digital teams, you’ll lead all things social and influencer – from concept to delivery – overseeing strategy, creative direction, community engagement, and partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on social media professional who’s ready to play a key part in setting strategy, lead content direction, and make a real impact within a supportive, values-driven business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in setting the brand’s social media and influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns, commercial goals, and brand tone.
- Own the social content calendar, creating and approving engaging, trend-led content across all platforms.
- Oversee influencer activity, from strategic partnerships and gifting programmes to events and affiliate campaigns, ensuring measurable results and brand consistency.
- Confidently represent the brand on camera when required, contributing to authentic, story-driven content that connects with the audience.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to align organic social, paid campaigns, and influencer initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the Social Content Creator, offering feedback, creative direction, and guidance to elevate output.
- Track performance metrics, analyse campaign results, and report insights to inform future strategy.
- Stay on top of social trends, emerging platforms, and influencer best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Experience & Skills:
- 5 years’ experience in social media and influencer marketing within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of managing social strategies and influencer campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
- Confident content creator, experienced both behind and occasionally in front of the camera.
- Excellent understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Strong creative eye with the ability to ensure brand tone and visual identity remain consistent across channels.
- Experience mentoring or line managing a small creative team.
- Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, with great communication skills and attention to detail.
