Ecommerce & Amazon Manager

  • £50,000 – £65,000 DOE
  • London | Hybrid

Are you a results-driven ecommerce professional with a proven record of scaling Amazon revenue? Do you thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoy leading teams to achieve ambitious growth targets? We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Amazon Manager to join a creative, design-led brand and take their online business to the next level.

This is your chance to manage multi-million-pound marketplaces, drive international expansion, and build high-converting ecommerce experiences for a brand loved by retailers and customers alike.

What you’ll be doing:

Amazon & Marketplace Growth

  • Own and optimise Amazon UK and EU accounts, driving revenue, improving organic rankings, and securing Amazon’s Choice badges on high-volume keywords.
  • Launch products in new marketplaces, adapting listings, SEO, and PPC strategies to local trends and customer behaviour.
  • Identify underperforming ASINs or listings and implement recommendations to improve visibility, conversion, and sales.
  • Build and optimise high-converting Amazon Brand Stores and other ecommerce channels, maintaining brand consistency while maximising customer experience.
  • Evaluate pricing, promotions, and demand elasticity to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and cross-border stock allocation to reduce stockouts and optimise flow.

Advertising, Analytics & Strategy

  • Plan, manage, and optimise high-budget Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, PPC), maintaining efficient ACOS/TACOS while scaling revenue.
  • Analyse sales performance, traffic trends, advertising metrics, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities, risks, and priorities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting tools to track performance and inform senior management.
  • Conduct forecasting, cohort analysis, and data-driven insights to guide strategy and refine marketplace operations.
  • Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting to boost efficiency and scalability across ecommerce operations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of ecommerce and marketplace specialists, setting objectives, monitoring KPIs, and building capability across PPC, SEO, and marketplace management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and external agencies to ensure insights and strategies are aligned across the business.
  • Lead initiatives supporting product launches, promotions, and international expansion projects.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon UK & EU marketplaces at scale, ideally with multi-million-pound revenue responsibility
  • Strong track record in PPC strategy, SEO, listing optimisation, and Brand Store development
  • Experience leading a team and collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Skilled in data-driven decision making, campaign optimisation, pricing analysis, and international marketplace expansion
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and reporting tools
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • A growth-focused mindset, commercially savvy, and hands-on attitude

Who would love this job:

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving ecommerce environment, loves scaling online marketplaces, and wants to make a measurable impact on a well-loved, creative brand. If you enjoy leading teams, working cross-functionally, and combining strategy with hands-on execution, this role will be hugely rewarding.
