We’re recruiting for an award-winning company with an outstanding reputation for creating market-leading collections for major retailers. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their friendly and ambitious team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with some experience with in sales support or junior account management who loves working in a fast-paced, product-led environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with retail customers and providing exceptional day-to-day support
- Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and invoicing
- Developing in-depth product knowledge to confidently support customer needs
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Producing accurate quotations and managing customer documentation
- Working closely with Sales Coordinators and Key Account Managers to keep projects moving smoothly
- Managing priorities, timelines, and urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring product samples meet company standards before dispatch
- Supporting key retail accounts and helping drive long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Sales Administration, Junior Account Management, or a similar customer-focused role
- Background within consumer products, homewares, gifting, or private label products beneficial but not essential
- A confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships
- Highly organised with excellent project coordination skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Strong attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office
- Proactive, positive, and a true team player
