We are working with a fast-growing beauty and cosmetics company known for its innovative products and strong customer relationships. As the business continues to scale, our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join a supportive and close-knit team. You will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales staff, and other departments. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing

  • Receive and process customer orders through internal systems (SAP).
  • Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure orders are entered accurately and processed on time.

Customer Support

  • Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Provide information about products and delivery timelines.
  • Handle order updates, complaints, and returns.

Sales Team Support

  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks.
  • Arrange samples to be sent out on behalf of the sales team.

Database and Record Management

  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Update contact information, order histories, and account details.

Sales Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries.

Coordination with Other Departments

  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and NPD & Compliance.
  • Coordinate deliveries and stock availability with warehouse teams.
  • Ensure invoices and payments are processed correctly.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure sales documentation follows company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain organised records for audits and reporting.

Managing Quotes and Pricing

  • Create and send quotations to customers as advised by the sales manager.
  • Update pricing lists and promotional offers.
  • Ensure the sales team uses correct pricing and discounts.

About You:

  • Strong administration and organisation skills.
  • Experience within Sales Support, Sales Administration or Key Account Support would be ideal.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business.
