We’re partnering with a highly successful, consumer lifestyle brand that has built an outstanding reputation across major UK and international retailers. After more than two decades of B2B success, the business has expanded into direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth.

This is a brand with strong international reach and ambitious plans with sustainability is at the heart of their strategy and as part of their continued marketplace expansion, they are now looking to appoint an Amazon Analyst & Operations Executive to support and scale their Amazon presence across the UK, EU and US.

The Role:

This is a commercially minded, operationally focused position supporting the day-to-day management and growth of the Amazon marketplace business. The role is heavily operational (around 50%), with additional responsibility across trading performance, data analysis and listing optimisation. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth marketplace operations while identifying opportunities to drive performance.

 Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly sales performance
  • Analysing Seller Central and Vendor Central data
  • Supporting pricing, promotions and commercial decision-making
  • Producing sales, search term and performance reports
  • Presenting insights and recommendations in monthly reviews
  • Raising and managing Amazon cases and live chat resolutions
  • Acting as key contact for UK and US warehouse delivery issues
  • Resolving chargebacks, operational challenges and product-related queries
  • Managing order processing and monitoring account health
  • Working closely with finance on invoice discrepancies
  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day marketplace operations
  • Optimising product listings, keywords and A content
  • Uploading and refreshing imagery, video and cross-sell content
  • Collaborating with marketing to improve conversion and content quality
  • New Listings & Product Setup (5%)
  • Setting up new products across marketplaces
  • Ensuring accurate product data and content during launches

 What they are looking for:

  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset

 Desirable:

  • Shopify experience
  • Experience with marketplace tools (e.g. Helium 10, Jungle Scout)
  • Basic Photoshop or design skills
  • French or German language skills (not essential but a bonus)
