Amazon Marketplace Manager (FBA), homewares brand

  • £50,000 – £60,000
  • London

Leading consumer homewares brand is looking for a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of their Amazon business and drive the next phase of growth.

This is not a pure PPC or agency-style role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of their Amazon channel, including listings, advertising, inventory, and commercial strategy.

You will work directly with their senior leadership and have a real impact on revenue, profitability, and product performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own and grow their Amazon Seller Central account (UK, with potential for EU expansion)
  • Manage and optimise product listings (titles, bullets, images, A content, variations)
  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including conversion rate, TACoS, and organic ranking
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies
  • Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and discount strategies
  • Forecast demand and manage stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstock
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and supply chain teams
  • Continuously test and improve listings, creatives, and campaigns

What They Are Looking For:

They are specifically looking for someone who has run an Amazon business, not just managed ads.

Essential

  • 3 years hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts
  • Proven track record of growing Amazon revenue
  • Strong understanding of listing optimisation and conversion rate improvement
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on profitability (not just spend)
  • Experience with inventory planning and forecasting
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, reports, dashboards)
  • Commercial mindset — understands profit, not just sales

Nice to Have

  • Experience across UK, EU & USA marketplaces
  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, or similar
  • Experience launching new products on Amazon
  • Experience working with large product catalogues

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased revenue and profitability across the Amazon channel
  • Improved conversion rates and organic rankings
  • Strong control over stock and inventory performance
  • Clear, data-driven decision making

Important:

They are not looking for agency account managers or PPC-only specialists.
They are looking for someone who understands how Amazon works as a business — from listings and ads through to stock and profitability.

Diversity & Inclusion: ILMJ values diversity, equality and inclusion and encourages applicants from all backgrounds and identities.
