Are you a creative all-rounder who can bring brand stories to life through beautifully crafted design and engaging video content? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, design-led lifestyle brand at an exciting time in their growth journey.
As Content Designer, you’ll take the creative lead across all visual outputs – from digital campaigns and paid social to print collateral and large-scale brand moments. You’ll be responsible for managing creative workflows, mentoring a Junior Designer and Retoucher, and ensuring that every piece of content produced is elevated, cohesive, and on-brand.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same – one day you could be producing assets for a campaign launch, and the next, crafting video edits for paid social or bringing an event concept to life through print and motion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead content creation across digital, print, and social channels, including website, email, paid and organic social, and OOH campaigns.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media and digital campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand story.
- Oversee and support retouching work, maintaining high visual standards and stepping in during busy periods.
- Own brand design guidelines, ensuring all creative output accurately reflects the brand’s identity and tone.
- Manage creative workflows – taking ownership of briefing, timelines, and delivery across the design team.
- Mentor and guide a Junior Designer and Retoucher, fostering their professional growth and ensuring creative consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, socials and ecommerce teams to deliver cohesive, impactful assets.
- Use AI and emerging creative tools to enhance design output and streamline workflow efficiency.
Experience & Skills:
- Demonstratable experience within a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment.
- Confident working across digital, video, print, and motion with a strong, diverse portfolio to match.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of retouching, colour correction, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating paid and organic social assets, homepage banners, emails, and event collateral.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading workflows and managing deadlines.
- Confident, collaborative, and proactive – able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI design tools and project management software is beneficial.
