Are you a people person with a positive approach, who is service driven and loves making customers smile? Then we have the role for you! We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join the friendly team in this award-winning gift & stationery brand, someone who is proactive, organised, and thrives on delivering exceptional service. You’ll be the voice of the business, assisting both retail trade accounts and website customers with their orders, answering any queries, and ensuring they always receive a five-star experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, quickly, professionally, and with a smile!
- Processing orders and keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Looking after a portfolio of trade/retailer customer accounts, from sending samples to arranging deliveries
- Maintaining their reputation for outstanding customer service
- Managing customer returns, liaising with their warehouse team to ensure a smooth process
- Supporting with invoices, credit notes, and order documentation
- Pitching in with ad hoc tasks across the team as needed, they’re an SME, so no two days are the same!
- Supporting their ongoing sustainability goals and contributing to a better way of doing business
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within a similar customer facing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- A positive problem-solver who loves helping people
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and a real team player
- Friendly, approachable, and bursting with enthusiasm!
