A dynamic, fast-growing consumer brand is looking for a Designer to join their creative team. This business is experiencing impressive year-on-year growth, making it an exciting time to be part of a company that works with major retailers across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories. Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct trend research to inform creative strategies.
  • Creative execution for multiple brands, licenses and product categories, ensuring high-quality and cohesive brand identity across all assets.
  • Develop innovative packaging and product artwork, working closely with Compliance and Product Development teams to incorporate critical information, including multi-language requirements.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to completion for your projects, ensuring all they meet commercial and creative objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Development and Sales teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage critical paths and project timelines, ensuring seamless execution and production readiness.
  • Assist with photoshoot styling and oversee the visual representation of product ranges.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in product and packaging design within consumer products / FMCG sectors.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong brand development skills, with experience creating and managing multiple brand identities.
  • Excellent knowledge of print production processes and technical artwork requirements.
  • Experience managing critical paths and handling multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a keen eye for design trends and consumer needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in exhibition and trade show design is a plus.
