Join a vibrant consumer products brand loved for its fun, commercial ranges. We’re looking for a talented Designer to bring creativity, energy and commercial thinking to their growing studio, helping shape the next generation of trend-led gifting products enjoyed around the world.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer with strong packaging and product graphics experience to make their mark within a fast-paced, supportive creative team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work collaboratively with Senior Designers and Product Developers to take concepts from sketch to shelf, creating engaging product and packaging designs.
  • Design eye-catching on-pack graphics and packaging layouts that balance creativity with commercial appeal.
  • Support the development of new collections and seasonal ranges, ensuring design consistency and storytelling across product families.
  • Keep on top of trends in packaging, design and consumer culture, feeding fresh inspiration into your work.
  • Prepare artwork files accurately and efficiently, ensuring all cutter guides, specifications and technical requirements are met.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, sharing ideas and building on others’ input to strengthen overall design direction.

What we’re looking for

  • Around 3 years’ experience in a commercial design role within consumer products.
  • A portfolio that shows strong visual thinking, great use of colour and typography, and an understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and a keen eye for layout and detail.
  • Confident working from a brief but equally happy contributing your own creative ideas.
  • Highly organised, proactive and adaptable – you enjoy working on multiple projects at pace.
  • Excellent ability to absorb and interpret feedback during the design process.
  • A positive, collaborative team player who loves bringing ideas to life and seeing products on shelves.

Why you’ll love it there

You’ll join a friendly, idea-driven creative team that celebrates curiosity, collaboration and innovation. Every day brings something new, from brainstorming playful packaging to spotting your designs in stores.
