Are you a hands-on ecommerce professional who enjoys analysing data, optimising digital storefronts and driving online growth? We’re partnering with a growing beauty brand looking for an Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive to help maximise performance across their DTC website and marketplace channels.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you’ll support day-to-day digital trading, improve the online customer journey and help deliver campaigns, product launches and marketplace growth.
What you’ll do:
Marketplace & Digital Trading
- Manage day-to-day trading across B2B and DTC marketplaces (e.g. Faire, Walmart), ensuring listings, pricing, inventory and brand presence are optimised.
- Monitor marketplace performance including sales, conversion rates and customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve visibility and revenue.
- Identify new marketplace and social commerce opportunities and support expansion into new channels.
- Work with PR, social and marketing teams to support launches, campaigns and promotional activity.
- Maintain accurate stock availability and manage marketplace advertising activity.
Ecommerce & Website
- Support optimisation of the DTC website, improving navigation, merchandising and overall user experience.
- Manage onsite merchandising including collections, featured products and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver product launches, seasonal promotions and campaign activity across the site.
- Maintain product content, imagery, tagging and landing pages.
- Ensure stock accuracy between the ERP system and ecommerce platform.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for developers to implement site updates and improvements.
SEO & Performance
- Implement onsite SEO improvements including meta titles, descriptions and page content.
- Optimise category and product pages to improve organic search performance.
- Identify keyword opportunities and support SEO-friendly landing pages aligned with campaigns.
- Monitor website performance across territories and recommend improvements.
Data & Insights
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for ecommerce and marketplace activity.
- Analyse customer behaviour, traffic and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key product categories and landing pages and provide recommendations to improve conversion and engagement.
What they’re looking for
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital trading or marketplace roles
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
- Experience supporting product launches, promotions and onsite trading activity
- Understanding of conversion optimisation, SEO and digital customer journeys
- Experience with CRM or marketing tools such as Klaviyo is ideal
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience with Amazon marketplaces
- Basic coding or Photoshop skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude
