You’ll play a key role in keeping products moving — working with international suppliers, managing orders, and ensuring everything lands on time and to spec. It’s a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in Buying.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with global suppliers
- Owning and updating critical paths – keeping everything on track
- Spotting risks or delays early and proactively finding solutions
- Collaborating with sales, design, and NPD teams on packaging and labelling
- Coordinating production, samples, and deliveries from supplier to warehouse
- Raising and managing purchase orders across multiple accounts
- Keeping production and shipping trackers accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Buying, Procurement, Purchasing or a similar role
- Strong Excel and IT skills, with a good head for numbers
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator who can build relationships easily
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude
