You’ll play a key role in keeping products moving — working with international suppliers, managing orders, and ensuring everything lands on time and to spec. It’s a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in Buying.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with global suppliers
  • Owning and updating critical paths – keeping everything on track
  • Spotting risks or delays early and proactively finding solutions
  • Collaborating with sales, design, and NPD teams on packaging and labelling
  • Coordinating production, samples, and deliveries from supplier to warehouse
  • Raising and managing purchase orders across multiple accounts
  • Keeping production and shipping trackers accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Buying, Procurement, Purchasing or a similar role
  • Strong Excel and IT skills, with a good head for numbers
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships easily
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude
