Key Account Manager, gifting

  • £40,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience)
  • South London

This award-winning creative products business is looking for a driven Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of their trade accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for some important customers, making sure they receive a service that reflects the brand’s values at every stage.

The role goes beyond day-to-day account management; you’ll present new ranges and product concepts to buyers, negotiate prices and terms, and feed customer insight back into product development to help shape future NPD.

You’ll need solid Account Management experience within consumer products, ideally with leading retailers, and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once are essential.

This is a strong opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing brand with genuine scope for progression.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of leading Key Accounts, making sure they’re provided with an exceptional service in line with the brand’s values
  • Presenting new range and product concepts to buyers, negotiating prices and terms where required
  • Working with product development on NPD, providing insight and requirements from your customers to shape new ranges
  • Building strong product knowledge so you can answer queries quickly and confidently
  • Owning each order from first enquiry through to delivery and invoicing, keeping everyone clear on who’s doing what and by when
  • Partnering with Sales Coordinators to keep all admin sharp and on track
  • Checking product samples are accurate before they go out the door
  • Keeping an eye on the competition to stay ahead of market trends
  • Hosting regular meetings to assess sales figures, feedback and future growth opportunities

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven B2B Account Management experience with leading retailers, ideally within gifting or lifestyle
  • Experience with private label or bespoke product ranges is a real plus
  • A natural communicator who builds strong relationships internally and externally
  • A genuine customer-first mindset in a B2B environment
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts, a fast learner’s mindset, and real attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities at once
  • Proactive, logical, and a great team player
