What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers.
  • Keep production on track, ensuring all orders hit critical path deadlines.
  • Lead weekly calls with key factories, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
  • Spot capacity challenges and collaborate across teams to find solutions.
  • Run internal project meetings for key accounts, keeping everything on track.
  • Visit suppliers and factories as required.
  • Work closely with the supply chain, buying, and merchandising teams to align on capacity planning and delivery schedules.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, including packaging waste tracking.
  • Manage sample timelines, supplier onboarding, and factory audits.
  • Keep internal systems accurate and up to date with production information.
  • Provide reporting and updates to the wider team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in production planning, production coordination, product management or
  • Experience and confidence working with international suppliers.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building collaborative relationships.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do mindset.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • An interest in sustainability and ethical business practices.
