• 10+ years’ experience across operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, and financial reporting, gained within a global product brands
• Skilled in ERP/CRM tools, stock forecasting, and cross-channel logistics
• Leads DTC, B2B, and Amazon operations, managing direct/3PL partners and international freight coordination
