Digital Marketing Executive, community brand

  • £30,000 – £36,000 DOE
  • Manchester/Hybrid

A fast-growing digital membership company is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive who wants to take everything they know about the digital world and use it to genuinely change people’s lives.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ve spent time in digital marketing. You understand funnels, platforms, content, and conversion. Now imagine pointing all of that knowledge at something that actually matters – helping real people succeed in their online businesses.

This is a role where your marketing brain meets real human impact. You’ll be front and centre – the first voice members hear, the energy behind live calls, and the person who uses their digital know-how to make every member interaction feel personal, valuable and effortless. You’ll bring your hands-on experience with online platforms, funnels and digital tools and turn it into outcomes for the people you support.

This isn’t just a support role. It’s a chance to be the most impactful person in the room.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Use your digital marketing knowledge to guide members through the platform — helping them understand not just the ‘how’ but the ‘why’ behind every tool and feature
  • Act as the primary point of contact across live chat, email and Zoom — delivering a consistently excellent, human experience
  • Support members with technical queries, platform navigation, and troubleshooting across tools such as Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar
  • Assist with the build and maintenance of funnels and websites — putting your marketing expertise to work in a hands-on way
  • Implement and test tech setups, integrations, and member-facing features to ensure a smooth, high-converting experience
  • Build community energy in the Facebook group: spotlighting member wins, sharing timely advice, and keeping conversations thriving
  • Host engaging live Zoom sessions that make members feel genuinely connected, supported and inspired
  • Guide trial users through the platform so they can see the value fast — and convert to loyal, long-term members
  • Craft and maintain brilliant, templated responses that keep quality high and response times low
  • Manage account admin including cancellations, refunds, and updates — always with a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Gather and share customer feedback that helps the team keep improving the product and the experience
  • Stay sharp on new products, features and platform updates — and help members make the most of every one
  • Contribute to big-picture goals around retention, growth and customer satisfaction

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A background in digital marketing — whether that’s funnels, email, content, paid ads, or platform management, we want someone who speaks the language
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar membership and funnel tools
  • Practical knowledge of building or maintaining funnels and websites — you know your way around the back end
  • Comfortable with tech implementation and troubleshooting — you don’t wait for answers, you find them
  • A genuine desire to help people succeed — you want your skills to have a real impact, not just drive a metric
  • Confident communicator — sharp in writing, warm in person, clear in both
  • A natural multi-tasker who can juggle several conversations and tasks at once without dropping the ball
  • Positive, flexible and solution-focused — you don’t pass problems on, you solve them
  • High standards and a real eye for detail
  • Someone who builds trust quickly and leaves every conversation better than they found it

If you’re a digital marketer who’s ready to stop just driving results for brands and start making a real difference for people — this is your moment. We’d love to hear from you.
