Junior Product + Graphic Designer, lifestyle & gifting

We’re working with a fast-growing lifestyle brand to find a Junior Product & Graphic Designer to join their creative team. Known for developing distinctive, design-forward products for a global retail audience, this business offers an exciting environment for someone looking to build their career across both product and packaging design.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you’ll support the development of new concepts from idea through to production. You’ll gain exposure across the full design process, working closely with experienced designers and cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Packaging Design
- Assist in the creation and development of new product ideas and packaging concepts
- Produce sketches, visuals and digital mock-ups to communicate design intent
- Contribute to the development of packaging artwork and layouts
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and commercial objectives
- Stay up to date with trends across product, gifting and packaging
- Help create accurate, print-ready files and technical specifications
Creative Support
- Work closely with design, sourcing and marketing teams to support project delivery
- Assist in preparing presentations, concept boards and internal reviews
- Maintain organised design files and documentation
- Support ad-hoc creative tasks as required across the team
Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Graphic Design or similar
- Previous internship or placement within a design role
- A portfolio showcasing both product and graphic/packaging design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong creative eye with attention to detail and layout
- Exposure to consumer products, gifting or packaging design a benefit
- Ability to communicate ideas visually and clearly
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment
