We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly Sales team where no two days are quite the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, coordination, problem-solving, and relationship-building, all within a fast-moving, creative business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring orders, samples, stock, and customer requirements are managed efficiently. If you thrive on variety, enjoy working with people, and love being the person who keeps everything on track, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Account Management team with a range of sales and administrative activities
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating product samples and ensuring they reach customers on time
  • Managing the sample library and maintaining accurate records
  • Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth product movement
  • Liaising with delivery partners to ensure orders are delivered in full and on schedule
  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management activities
  • Maintaining customer and sales information across internal systems
  • Coordinating updates and communications across multiple departments to keep projects moving forward
  • Acting as a key point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
  • Welcoming visitors and helping create a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administration, customer service, sales support, or coordination role
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
