Key Responsibilities:

Design Development & Delivery

  • Develop and refine ideas through to final artwork, ensuring readiness for production
  • Apply a consistent and elevated design standard across all outputs

Packaging & Technical Artwork

  • Produce detailed packaging artwork including layout, cutter guides, and print specifications
  • Manage revisions efficiently, maintaining quality and consistency throughout
  • Ensure all files are accurate, compliant and ready for manufacturing

Trend & Market Awareness

  • Use trend insight, competitor awareness, and retail understanding to inform design decisions
  • Contribute ideas that feel relevant, differentiated, and aligned to the brand
  • Balance creative exploration with practical and commercial considerations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects effectively
  • Support the creation of visual materials for customer presentations and pitches
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar midweight design role within a consumer product or related sector
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging-focused work and commercial design thinking
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience preparing artwork for print and production
  • Good understanding of retail environments and customer-led design
  • Able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable taking ownership while contributing to a team environment
